BazSite

Accessibility statement

In short

We want everyone to be able to use the website and the system. Here is what we did and who to contact.

Accessibility level

The bazsite.com website and the BazSite management system were adapted to the Israeli Standard IS 5568, at level AA of the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

What we did

  • A clear heading structure and consistent navigation on every page.
  • Keyboard navigation, with a clear marker of where you are.
  • Color contrast that meets the standard, for text and buttons.
  • Alternative text for images.
  • Fully mobile friendly, and text can be enlarged up to 200%.
  • Labels for every form field, and written error messages.

What isn't accessible yet

Previews of designs in the management system, and maps embedded in websites, are not yet fully accessible to screen readers. We're working on it. If you need any of them, contact the accessibility coordinator and we'll help.

Ran into a problem? We'd be glad to hear about it and fix it.

Websites built with BazSite

Every website built with the system gets its own accessibility statement, with the website owner's details.
